Throughout October we are partnering with several local businesses for the #GoBlue For Kids Campaign. October is a time to display blue as a symbol of awareness, support, and solidarity with children, youth, and families impacted by abuse. Several local business are creating a #GoBlue item to help raise both awareness about child abuse prevention and make survivors feel special. These business are also donating a part of the proceeds from the sales of these items to the Chinook Child and Youth Advocacy Centre.

Here’s an opportunity to win an a tattoo from an amazing local artists while providing hope and support to local children who have experienced abuse. Help us light up the night and #GoBlueAB for kids! October is Child Abuse Prevention Month and we’re encouraging everyone to turn the house and/or business lights to blue to show your support for child abuse prevention. Going Blue at this time of year promotes awareness and shows your support and solidarity with children, youth, and families impacted by abuse. We are partnering with Neulite Electric to support this initiative, and we encourage everyone to participate with us in the #GoBlueAb campaign this October.
