“Impact Unveiled: Beyond the Silence” is the Chinook Sexual Assault Centre Art Show that will be hosted at the Yates Theatre Art Gallery through May 2025 in observance of Sexual Violence Awareness Month. Our goal is to create a space where those impacted by sexual violence feel seen, heard, and supported, as well as curate art that will encourage important conversations. We have gathered art that celebrates survival, healing, strength, empowerment, and the emotions tied to these experiences.

In recognition of Sexual Violence Awareness Month on May 1st, Lethbridge City Hall will de decked out in teal the colour symbolic of the prevention of sexual violence. We encourage people to wear teal throughout the month, sport a teal ribbon or add a teal ribbon on Facebook, Instagram or other social media to show your support of sexual assault survivors. Make sure you tag us in your posts.
