Join us at the Slice Bar & Grill on Friday, February 13 for the Hoo Haus Valentine’s Charity Show. This is a seven-performer drag cabaret and art market. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales and the art market will be donated to the Chinook Sexual Assault Centre. Doors for the event open at 7:30. Click here to purchase your tickets. Artists interested in selling their work at the market can contact the Chinook Sexual Assault Centre at 403-694-1094.

Again this year, the Chinook Sexual Assault Centre is participating in RunWild, an annual running event to raise funds for child advocacy centres throughout Canada. RunWild is great family fun with options for 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and WildOnes 1.2K childrens’ fun runs. In Lethbridge, RunWild is held as a virtual event, allowing you and your family to register and participate in the location your choice. Taking part in RunWild will help support the good work of the Chinook Child and Youth Advocacy Centre.
